Hi,
having bought myself a used Manfrotto 303plus pano head for christmas, I find it's pretty self explanatory in operation (really well built too!) but wonder if there's things in the operators manual that would be of use. Can anyone point me in the direction of one?
closest I've seen at this stage is a review on digitalphotography.org

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

I don't know if there is a manual for that head, but here's a simple article on shooting pano's. Should apply to what you're using.
