Personally I really liked and happy with the shot, but wanna hear from others. What do you guys think? Any thoughts? What/how can I improve?

I like the eye and that it is in sharp focus. Maybe if you shot it with a more shallow depth of field it would pop a bit more. my 2 cents.

Nice shot, but it's a little heavy on the contrast. And I usually like very contrasty BW but this one is just too drastic imo
