$3502 for Canon 5d III + 24-105 lens. Plus 16gb CF card (60 mb/sec), Lowepro Rezo 170 AW, LP-E6 2200mAh third-party battery.

Minus 3% for MrRebates ($105) and price comes out to $3397. Body comes out to about $2447 if you value the lens at $950 new.
