50mm F1.8, 85mm F1.8

I'm going to get these next year. (he has too many orders front of me)

almost every color is possible and every lens are possible. but I'm gonna do with the cheapest lens I can get first.

How do you guys like it? =)

If you like it, great. My opinion is the lenses look really nice but the bodies/ speedlites look a bit tacky. But I would never paint any of my gear anyways.

I agree, the lenses look suh-weeeet, but the bodies/flashes look silly.

I like the lenses but making them look like L lenses when they aren't is a little bit tacky. It'd be another story if you converted a 35L or 135L to white.

People get personally insulted on here for gaffer-taping the logos on their cameras.

Spending extra money to paint the camera like a billboard for Toys-R-Us however nets only positive or neutral yet reinforcing comments.

I want a 50mm 1.8 ii and a pancake painted off-white L-style just because that would be ironic.

I agree, lens OK, body NO.

My other question is does he take the parts apart, paint it, then put it back together? I'd hate to find my lens not working as good as when he took it apart.

Love the idea tho.
