My daughter, so I'm biased. Heavily processed by design.

Well, you're right about the beautiful young lady part. It looks a bit soft to me but that may be what you were going for here. She has very pretty eyes.

Sorry, not a big fan of overprocessed images. The lack of sharpness seriously detracts from the overall image. Beautiful young woman. JMHO.

Yes beautiful young lady but I have a hard time believing that the processing was what you were going for. Sorry but the processing is dreadful. Can you show us the original?

The original was a reject. I was playing with dramatic processing on this and liked it on my computer, which needs calibrating. Things look way more saturated and contrasty on my monitor at work, so of course I don't know how it looks on yours.

Looking at the raw, it is out of focus (maybe why I rejected it). It is not supposed to look natural but, it sounds like it was a failed experiment.

Thanks everyone for the comments.

Good looking young women, but it is a very distracting image, way too soft.

I also agree that it is way to soft. Nice looking daughter though - future model!

it looks like the focus spot was at her hair under her chin. You can see the back of her head looks in focus as well.

It does sharpen up in PP but ya have to re-adjust contrast and what not because it really wigs out the pixels
but I think it can be save-able for a smaller 8x10 print..maybe try in B&W

or even something like this?...

yes, beautiful young lady but the photo looks odd - unfocused, unnatural colors, etc.

Too heavily processed for my liking. How it's done, her hair on left and right looks in focus and her face (and eyes) out of focus. Your processsing makes the photo look out of focus.

As stated, this was an experiment with dramatic processing. I've never tried it, and it obviously wasn't a hit. Here is a more reasonable edit. But, bear in mind it was originally a reject. It is a little OOF.
