Beautiful ladies ! Reminds me when I did chorus practice at church ..also when I was
co- captain of the cheerleading squad in H.S. about 1982 ! Almost , 20 something years ago ... rah rah ..
I like pic #3 the best ... everyone seems too smile and seem very relaxed ..

I've got two daughters...I can't imagine having 6....

they were easy to work with though...although I have known them since there were 3 of them.

Well I really don't follow a script...I just feel it out and I do throw in a few jokes that I use over and over.

LMAO...i just realized that you said CONVERSION not conversation...anyway I use the LAB conversion method.

I change the mode to LAB then go to the channels pallate choose the lightness channel, change it to grayscale then back to RGB. then I do a levels or brightness contrast adjustment. then my standard retouching....
