i currently assess my photography skills to be in the intermediate range, and i'm more of a generalist (shot weddings/portraits/automobiles/concerts/food/travel/events) rather than a specialist.

before you judge too quickly, i actually spend way more time shooting than lurking around on forums and obsessing over gear and stuff. having shot so much, i feel like i have hit a plateau right now. i want to further refine my craft and go in-depth to the specifics of each photography genre that I have shot before.

hence, i'm looking for advanced instructional videos for semi-pros to pros. other than the usual producers from kelby/lynda, do you guys have any names/titles to recommend for such stuff? looking for similar titles that can give me that extra edge and knowledge.

in this subforum, i would be specifically interested in portrait photography using natural light ( i was once a strobist, but after some time, i got lazy carrying lights around.. lol)

all suggestions welcome!

Melissa has a bunch of sweet BTS videos that are very instructional (and free). She also has produced a how to video that comes with a lighting book to supplament the video.
