Hi,

Just 3 shots that I took whilst my dad was trying to fix a light bulb in the house. Still (as always) experimenting with the 350D... these pictures are more for the 'story' then their quality (couldn't use any flash in hard lighting with the kit lens)...

1. 'Steps spotted'
2. 'Read instructions to work out where to go'
3. 'I'm sure it's up here somewhere'

I like the series, hope you get something out of viewing them.

Adam

I love the border around the pics.. how'd you do it? I took a bunch of black and white shots at an abandonded gold mine facility out in the California desert on the way to Mammoth Mountain very recently, and they'd look even cooler with something like that around 'em.

I really dig the composition of the first one, the second one is decent too
but aside from aesthetics - the story's just fine :)

Haha... well here's the story:

Somehow it got wired up wrong (old wiring- new fittings) and it blew the fuse wire for the house knocking out all the electrics, we managed to get them working again minus the upstairs lights... eventually we got them back but can't fix the light in question... Anyway somehow the boiler wouldn't go back on and we had to get the gas man to come out.... all this from a simple light!!

Enjoyed the series of photos - like the border - was that in photoshop? Hope you've got everything back in working order?
