Canon DSLR Speed Challenge #267

The Kid In Us All

The Kid In Us All is the theme of this challenge. Whether young in age, or young at heart, there is a child lurking in all of us. Lets see the Kid in the subject/s of your submissions. Submission, EXIF and photograph name are all that is needed. Simply follow the below posted rules, and let your submission speak for itself. Show me your interpretation of the theme, and do not be afraid to push the envelope. Subject matter and interpretation is up to you and your creativity.

One more thing; do not forget to include the photograph's name in the message subject line of your post.

This challenge begins when posted, and will end at 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Wednesday, December 26 2012. Winner of this challenge will be announced shortly thereafter.

Standard Rules apply:
Photo Submissions:

1. Camera - Any Canon DSLR Camera
2. Time - any on-topic photo taken at any time is eligible, although photos that have won other competitions should NOT be entered.
3. Size - Please visit Image Posting Rules.
4. Post-Processing - do whatever you like and the host will decide if it works.
5. Posting - * ONE PHOTO per photographer in each challenge.
* Photo Name in the message subject line.* Camera model & lens used.* Notes -- post brief EXIF data including ISO, shutter speed and aperture used.
6. Commenting - No commenting during challenge. When the posting is closed and a winner has been declared, comments can be made in this thread.
7.
Keep it clean, and both Family and Work safe.
8.
Have questions, PM me.
9. Have FUN!

One challenge every week, on the following schedule:

* New Topic - After winner is declared.
* Posting Starts - Right after topic is announced.
* Posting Ends - 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time Wednesday, 26 December 2012.
* Winner from this competition decides the theme of the next one (and judges it for a winner) after this competition is closed.

I don't name my photos. You can disqualify me if that's a requirement.

Okay, this one is over.

I loved all of the submissions, but there can be only one.

Gail: I really enjoy the family interaction and the total fun being had by all!

Mo: There is something magical about a grandmother's interaction with a granddaughter, and you have caught it in a capture!

Kozal: Kids and dirt is awesome, especially when a little girl is involved. Nice capture.

Taylor: I really enjoy the girls hamming it up! Great catch.

Ispriluc: Fun catch of so-called adults frolicking about. Nice catch!

Allen: There is s deep, dark thread running through your submission. Perhaps a well-to-do older woman yearning for the simpler times of childhood. Well done.

Well, the runner up is:

Allen

and the Winner by a hair is:

Mo

I really like the magic in this submission!

Great stuff all, really! Thank you for participating.
