Hey guys,

I was wondering what is the most camera gear you have taken as hand luggage on a flight. Oh and how did it weigh?

Thanks

Canon 7D, Canon 100mm L F2.8, Sigma 120-300mm F2.8 OS, Sigma 50mm F1.4, Canon 430 ex II, Sigma 2x teleconverter, Kenko extension tubes, Vello flash cord And a few bits and peices and a Yashica 635!!!

I was overweight when I did 2 months of contract work in Ghana, only encountered a couple issues in Casablanca, Morocco, never in Accra, Ghana or Tamale, Ghana. I kept a business card and a $20 USD bill on hand in case of any issues. I was carrying a Pelican case with two 1D(x) bodies, 70-200, 16-35, 24-70, 14, 1.4x and a few other items.

The most I've taken was two bodies, four or five lenses, two flashes, and misc accessories. No idea how much it weighed, but since the backpack also held my laptop, I'm sure it was well over any limits they might have. The nice thing about backpacks though is that they're generally not given a second look. I put my tripod in my checked bag.

Hrm.. Let's see.. I took all of this on ~24 hours worth of flight time over almost two days (layovers suck!).. probably weighed in ~30lbs. All in the Think Tank Streetwalker HD. Fit in overhead / under the seat.
