Heres the same engine a little later exiting Salisbury, with the Cathedral spire in the background. Sorry Ken, I know you've already seen this.

Yes, but most pictures you see of it don't have a cathedral in it.

It's so named as it runs excursions to Cathedral cities. Richard just happens to live in one :D
