Apparently, Kodak's film sales are on the rise. Not sure how long it'll last, but hopefully for years to come!

"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.

Seems like a gigantic waste of resources to me.

They could have brought Plus-X back, I'm pretty sure there are a load more Plus-X shooters than 8mm film shooters.

I'm sure it's an economic decision. The new film isn't really new - it's their current Vision film they sell to the studios, just cut down to 8mm. But I agree the market for 8mm can't be that big, can it?

I would have guessed 8mm video film market is small and shrinking - and considering all the video options should be dead and buried (but apparently not)

It is "art".

I just picked up a brand new "LP" yesterday. Not a rerelease, but straight out of the box from 20 years ago, by a local band. I got 2, one to hang on the wall. Now I need to buy a phonograph to make an MP3 of it!

I just want them to bring back Kodakrome. I know more than a few photographers who would go back to kodakrome for their landscape shooting. Heck, I'd place an order right now if I knew where to get 120 kodakrome or had any way of processing it.
