Second one does have a little instagrammy feel to it. I might bump the contrast in the first one a bit. It feels a little flt, but could just be my eyes playing tricks on me from comparing to the second one

I will choose #1 for there's too much shine on the portrait in #2, felt a little glaring.

Hope to learn photography well, to work out wonderful photo work!
Thank and HUG everyone who helps me! ;)

Definitely #1 between the two. #2 is overdone IMO.

#1 here and I would pull back just a little bit. This seems too much in your face. It makes me want to back up.

#1 for me... the only think I don't like in the 2nd pic is the face (forhead/bridge of the nose/cheeks) seem washed out.. I like the hair in the 2nd one slightly better than the 1st one.

thanks for the replies everyone. I'll give it another shot and post the results. Crazy what different monitors do to the shot though. At home on my nice monitor, this shot looks good (well decent). On this cheap lcd at work, it looks terrible.

#1, also the reds seem to be a bit over saturated on it. You like #2 because it's better exposed, but it's too contrasty.
