A Canon T4i kit.
Just kidding. I'll be picking up a rebel T4i. Is there any reason not to grab this camera compare to others? My budget is $500-$800 bucks only.

Dec 18, 2012 14:37 | #5 I thought the cross type AF on the T4i is more superior? I really like the touch screen feature on the t4i and the higher ISO control compare to the t3i. Haven't done much research on these rebel.

True! Get the T4i kouasupra wrote in post #15382343 I really like the touch screen feature on the t4i and the higher ISO control compare to the t3i. Haven't done much research on these rebel. As far as lens. I want to stay with a kit lens since I'll be doing a lot of walk around. I've seen some image from the 18-135mm and I think it looks great. I'm not really a big fan of the 18-55mm but it's cheaper I guess. Should I just bite the bullet and grab the t4i with the 18-135mm? Or it doesn't matter. Get the 18-135mm IS STM. The T4i + the STM were made for each other! Canon EOS 7D | EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM | EF-S 55-250mm f/4.0-5.6 IS |

Dec 18, 2012 16:13 | #13 It's out of my budget, plus I want something light and portable. I had a 7D and all thought I loved it. I rather have a zero mileage camera for around 600-800 bucks.
