I saw in another post a lot of RAW talk, can someone explain it to me? I stumbled across it one day on my camera but had no idea what it was haha...what are the advantages of it? What is it basically? LOL

The downside is you need to learn to use a photo editor like Photoshop or Paintshop. If that's a downside ? Depends on how much you want to get from your photos. Peter
