Jeez, printing in the US is expensive.

I've just tallied up the print costs via the UK lab I use and it comes to £150 ($245) plus you can buy 250 3 inch buttons for $50 so call it $300 tops or less than $3 per person.

Based on my recent pricing I would be charging in the region of $50 per person but if it is guaranteed sales to all 115 I'd discount this further - probably down to around $30 - $35.

How much does your lab charge for an 8x10?

8x10,5x7 all for $25???!!
I did something similar 3 years ago but only with 1 8x10 and I was charging $75 per person x70 people

It seems at this time it's barely covers the cost. The cost of BUSINESS(insurance, cameras, education, processing, etc) is not included.

Below are dollar prices based on an exchange rate of £1 = $1.61615. these prices are for 1-99 prints and there are some volume discounts available.

6x4 - $ 0.18
7x5 - $ 0.26
9x6 - $ 0.52
10x8 - $ 0.81
12x8 - $ 0.89
14x11 - $ 1.70
16x12 - $ 1.78
18x12 - $ 1.94

Printed on Fuji standard crystal archive for glossy prints and Fuji DP Professional paper for Lustre.

It looks to me that I could print over here, ship to the US and still make a handsome profit :)

What was this for? That's a lot of money for an 8x10. I'm not saying you aren't worth that, but no way could I charge that and not get lynched.

Yeah, fuel costs make me sick over here.

Unleaded fuel over here is the equivalent of $2.17 a litre or $8.21 for a US Gallon.

I miss high school. I had a 50mpg car and fuel was 87 cents a gallon. Of course I only made 5 bucks an hour but still. :)

I think the package is a bit cheap.
I'd go up on that price.. maybe $37.50 each?
You'd still be low bidder and make it more worth your while.
Don't sell yourself short.
