I need an expert! Please!!!

Ok so I have 2 calumet genesis 400 strobes, and I can trigger them in slave mode with my 430 EX II. But I got a pocket wizard mini TT1 and flex TT5 and would like to be able to use them with the slaves off. (so they dont go off with every camera at an event) I can't seem to get them to work with the PW's... Any ideas? I'm so frustrated

You have to disable the optical slave. So figure out how to do that on your genesis strobes.

You will need a Pocket Wizard for each Genesis light. They can be the cheaper trigger only variety.
Or, if you want to use the Flex5 then plug it into the Genesis with a sync cable.
I think you will also have to setup the Flex, in the utility, to fire a monolight via the 3.5mm port.
