I found this iron bridge today, its in the middle of no where, in the hour I was there only 3 trucks came by.
I'm not looking for critique on the pictures today, but, what would you do with a location like this?
I think traffic would be dead after dark.
On thought comes to my head of long exposures at night, maybe some light painting or gells.
Sure one could use it for portraits, but thats boring.
I'm looking for something unique.

Cool old bridge and you captured it well. The night time shots may be the ticket. Possibly getting down below and off to the side and shooting up, capturing both the bridge and sky. It would also be nic efor Senior pics and fashion...Brad

Nice find. I love stumbling onto old, rusty things to shoot.

The starkness of the bridge coupled with the bare branches doesn't work for me. My eye is drawn to the branches too much. I would think Spring/Early Summer with the softness of the leaves to contrast with the stark bridge. It would be really cool to find someone in the area with an antique truck/car to put on the bridge.

A foggy night with the bridge lit up by headlights (preferably the old round ones) as it starts across the bridge.

I'm sure you will have fun playing with the bridge.

I looked at this and the surround areas are too rough for me, I twisted my left ankle and its taking forever to heal. Plus its all barbed wire fenced private property.

Good point, it is very wooded, so the spring may be the ticket, I like the old car/truck idea, Its actually a location that some motorcycle riders turned me on to, So I can expect that we'll stop there when riding to set up some bike pictures. We just need to get plates to drop our kick stands on because of the steel gate decking.
This is an Hour and a half away so planning for a foggy morning will be tough.
