Dude! I wouldn't say "just another one" by any means. This really is a unique shot. I love the grass and pier and the wonderful colors refllecting off the gentle ripples! Wow!

Excellent picture!

Love that the composition includes 4 layers: the grass, the rippled water surface, the pier and the city in the background. On top of all that the sky is amazing.

The sky coulours are also spot on. It's a keeper!

Nice shot and vivid atmospheric colours.

It works better for me cropped as a panoramic...

Hi Erics,

The panorama is certainly pleasing to the eye but I wanted to include as much of the refections on the water as I could also I think the march grass at the bottom is a integral to the composition of the photo.

I guess if everyone liked the same thing the world would be pretty boreing.
Thanks for looking.

I agree, the foreground definitely helps make it, that said though, I think you could crop off maybe 1/4 of the bottom and it would actually improve the shot, but as you say, to each his own and the orginal shot is a winner.

Ken,

I see what you mean, it's an improvement. I'll incorperate that crop when I print.

Thanks

Vic
