With ballet, timing is everything. I've found I get the best results when I trip the shutter a split second before the peak action. If I wait until I actually see it in the viewfinder, it's too late. The second one has great action, but lead dancer and corps should be uniform in positions. It means that all feet should be pointed not just some, all arms should be at same height, and all heads should be tilted same way. The only exception is if lead dancer is the one whose position is different, but if dancing in an ensemble ... I'm mentioning this because it reflects on the picture.

Otherwise, I think you did a good job! That would be nice, but these are probably not professional dancers and the precision of their movements isn't something the photographer is able to control.
