Sparrow ? ID

While I was practicing with shooting modes and settings on my camera near the feeder this bird flew in that I had not noticed in our yard before. I'm far from an expert on bird ID and same goes for shooting them with my Canon so please pardon the quality as he never gave me much time. These pics were taken in North East Mo.

Probably common for many birders but the first time I had noticed it here at my feeder and after watching for a long while there were no others that came in.

After searching through the threads in the bird forum the Harris's sparrow seems to be the logical answer. It is the first one I've seen or maybe should say first one I have noticed before.
