Does anyone use the Contour ShuttlePro, or similar device for editing?

I have used them but not for image editing. They are frequently used in the Medical Imaging field, mammography especially. They are good devices. They have some weight to them so they dont shift around. The description somewhat explains the dial in the middle. Basically the center portion (with the three finger depressions) can spin around endlessly like a mouse scroll wheel. The outer portion which has the black rubber texture is spring loaded, so you twist to the right or left and as soon as you release it pops back to its neutral position.
