first image: step back a bit, its a bit too close and a bit too soft. Bump the ISO too but I do like the general image :)

second image: put the ornament a little more to one side, its got good details though.


I have to ask did you use your onboard flash at all or did you not use it :)

I think flash might have made the first photo better. But I do have an aversion to using flash when possible.
