Seems to be a fair amount of noise too. the shot is the way it's meant to be - noise is deliberate and exposure is the ambiance of the shot - I know not to everyone likes or taste - but the end result is exactly that ... The second one, it is overexposed.... I, for one, love high key photos. But when you blow out highlights like that, you lose a lot of information in the image.
