Like them all, even though you say it was dull the clouds are great, down here in the NW England we just have grey skies.

Hi there again john your presumptions are bang on

its very interesting to see these shots of glen-coe from this week i was up there myself last week walking and took a few for instance the first two from

Lochan na h-Achlaise
is a completely different scene from what it was like last week when i stood there looking over the loch towards the black mount the loch was not only frozen but also covered in snow and visibility was down at around 50 yards

then at blackrock cottage i took a temperature reading on my digital thermometer it was reading -13 degrees really really cold the river coupall was totally frozen over

heres one of mine from the buachaille last week

The scene in your photo definitely looks colder than when I was there, and has some interesting clouds too.
