Well done for organising this. I organised a couple of similar trips when I was more active on here and they went really well. You might be interested in the following option:

Not far from you and you get chance of some brilliant close up shots of amazing animals.

@Dave thanks for posting the link

@Andy back to specsavers for me

@Laurence is it the same sort of set up as WHF?

I will make some enquiries with the cat survival trust and see what they say, might be nice in May when the weather is a bit warmer.

Seven weeks to go !
For those that have paid their deposit. Its time to pay the remainder (£47.50) please.
We will get a voucher for the number of people and this will be valid for 12 months.
So we will redeem our voucher on the 24/3/13. However if conditions are such that we cannot proceed on that day, we will be able to reschedule the event.

I have recived all the money for the bird of prey visit now, and I have been to Barleylands and paid them. They have given me a voucher for 10 people to have a photographic day.
This is booked, checked and confirmed for 24/3/13.
This includes lunch (with 1 vegi).
So there is now no going back. If you cant make it, then it is down to you to find a replacement, and sell your place( if thats what you want to do).

As I have said before, if the weather is bad and the event cannot take place then it can be rearanged, with no further cost ( the voucher is valid for 1 year, from today).

To confirm who is included(using forum ID):
Klystron, Bridge99, CForster, Richard 1959, Bodmin636, Spuddyd, IES photo, Gundogs, Adrian5127 and Swaffs.

So lets all keep this day clear hope its good weather and look forward to it

Definitely, I find it interesting to see what people are like compared to what I think they will be.
