Okay please tell how bad this is lol not about the positioning of the model (me) but exposure please.

Natural light coming from a window and then a flash and umbrella. Flash set to 1/34. Ok go!

First time I saw an entire picture disappear into the background. If that is what you were going for then you succeeded perfectly.

Try to use just natural light, you don't need that flash, it is almost making the image non existing.

Next time take the lens cap off...........and don't process it so much!

Exposure is definitely lacking here. I would go so far as to say that there was no exposure at all.
