Really nice work! I'm so torn with 50s... I'm not that thrilled with my 1.8, mostly because of the AF. (OK, entirely because of it, it's my only non-USM lens.) Part of me wants to wait for a new sigma 50, but images like this are making it hard to wait...

I don't like only 1 sharp eye, in past I even had 85 1.2L, but I'm very satisfied with the 135 L (second handprice very affordable)
Nowadays I love f2-f2.8, less hassle with unsharp parts of the faces and thin enough

Oh yes, the DOF is super thin at 1.4. I always thought my hands were steady and it was my 50 that acted up. Using a tripod has made me look like an idiot
For the price, its really a bargain. I love the color rendering of 135L but I don't have a lot of money to throw around on a hobby.
