I am sure that other dogs do this also but, I am mostly familiar with Maltese. Some Maltese are more adept at dancing than others. I often use the clone stamp at a low density to paint over the stains with white from another areas. I can also sometimes use the dodge tool to lighten the stains... What do you think? I had done limited work in Aperture, but hadn't considered trying to remove the facial staining in post. I was at the limit of lightening the image in aperture, it was a bit underexposed to start with. Canine Sports and Pet Photography:
