The Lawrence Welk Show is always playing somewhere. ;)

My grandmas use to watch that all the time. I can't believe it's still on.

Is it nap time yet?

Could someone watch the pot on the stove while I sleep?

Hey!! That's how stuff gets burnt! Ya know how bad burnt sugar smells? Or how hard it is to scrape off the bottom of the pot?

I have burnt more maple syrup this year than I have in all the years I've been doing this. Several years ago I fell asleep reading while I had pots boiling. Woke up to the smoke alarm and lots of smoke, plus one ruined pot.

Huh? Whu? Did I nod off? Sorry...

Yeah, I know that feeling. Someone at work used the communal microwave oven the other day to burn some popcorn. I mean, you could smell it from the parking structure as soon as you got out of your car.

Sometimes a public hanging doesn't sound like such a bad idea...

It's coming back in a week or two. They're moving it to Fridays.

Looks like something I like from Fridays is getting moved or cancelled. CBS is shuffling their entire lineup around. Apparently Golden Boy is moving also...

I only watch NCIS, The Mentalist and Criminal Minds on a regular basis. CBS move the Mentalist to Sunday....and I almost never see it now....unless I remember to hit the DVR.

I watch all those also. Along with CSI (the original Las Vegas one), The Client, Army Wives, and Flashpoint (my fav). I can set them all to record through my tivo.:D

In college that happened to my roommate. She forgot that she had put eggs boiling on the stove. All the water boiled away and they exploded.

We never heard them pop but sure smelled them. They must have popped with some force as there was egg all over the kitchen, walls, ceiling, cabinets, everywhere and it sure was stinky.

I too am a NCIS fan but that's about the only show on the major networks I watch with any regularity. Most of the time it's whatever is on the SyFi channel (Being Human and FaceOff), or ehatever is on the History channel or SCI channel.
