I make mine with lots of veggies, usually green peppers, onions, lots of cheese usually pepperjack, and lots of bacon or ham. No milk, it just makes them watery. Then topped with a nice hot salsa. Great with chips, eggs, tamales, tacos and such but putting it in everything pretty much kills the flavor of the food. I like food too much to kill it. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
