That front end looks a lot like the 2013 Ford Fusion. With a little of Dodge's squareness thrown in.

So when are you getting your own plane?

When he stops spending money on his other expensive hobbies. I was at a Cherokee fly-in several years ago with my sister and BiL; a number of the participants asked me about my gear. Best explanation for them is "PPL with Instrument rating" - and I've added stuff since then. Probably enough for a Commercial rating with amphib. and tail-dragger endorsements. For Jay - ? ? ?

I spent roughly $8K for my license (I preferred training in the newer Cessnas)

My business policy covers $50K worth of "stuff" (basically everything I have that's photo-related)

I figure I have my Certified Flight Instructor rating in the other room.

The truly ironic thing: If I could secure more air to air work, I could sell about half of what I own. I have the 100-400, 300, 500 and TCs specifically because I'm on the ground.

The grille of the Ford Fusion (external link) is slightly reminiscent of the grille on the Aston Martin (external link). The cars just aren't in the same class, however...

Right, because at the time, Ford owned Aston Martin, and Jaguar. So the current Jaguars have the similar front facial looks as the aston martin...

People love the look though! They are pretty popular right now. You can get a car that looks expensive but is reasonably priced. The masses always like that kind of thing.

Yeah, you see a lot of companies doing this now. Either with grills, lines, whatever... Ford's done a great job with their redesigns (though I'd still never buy one of their cars :p).

I never understood Subaru's desire for a 'sports' car.
