G'mae all. hope all are well. I semi poisoned myself last night with chlorine gas. I opened the auto chlorinator and forgot to hold my breath for that one instant when it first opens and got a nose full of concentrated chlorine gas. Still running a bit this morning but much better.

Are we back to talking about your pee pool?

Guess I'm lucky... didn't poison myself yet. Of course it's still early yet, and I eat lunch in the cafeteria at work.

No pee, but I did put too much DE in the filter and got slight algae bloom.

Speaking of pee in the pool. Even my Golden Retriever has the manners not to do it; he'll get out, go to his favorite spot and take care of business, then hop back in. He's smarter than some kids I know.

Definitely smarter than people taking big doses of vitamin B are Moose. They give themselves away every time!

I struck it lucky Moose. I went to see the Queens Victoria Memorial Sanitorium, it is abandoned and was originally built in the late 1800's, but it was fenced and locked. I got lucky because some security guy arrived and I had a chat with him. He reckoned being as I actually asked nicely instead of just breaking in I could go take some photos - as long as I was out by the time he had finished checking the place. It gave me a quick 15 minutes to shoot as much as I could, then he locked it back up. It was quite a creepy place let me tell you! I wonder how many stiffs have been in the freezer here -

There is about 35 photos over on my Flickr of the place.

Cool. I've always wanted to shoot some creepy, abandoned asylum or hospital. Not much of that stuff in these parts.

I'd rather go with like a Sony NEX for mirrorless.

AHA, someone who knows what he's looking at!! My eyes were glazing a bit Dan with all the knobs.

Harm, I know a guy who brought an Olympus OM-D. Since getting it he has sold his 5DII and lenses. He absolutely loves it and even shoots wedding with it. He reckons we are all mad hanging onto our big heavy DSLR's.
