With the amount of water I've been drinking I'd hope not! Not really showing any signs of dehydration either, but it is a primary concern! Simply not being able to keep any food on the inside is the issue.

Unfortunately, in the past two or three years I've gained it all back. And then some... I've done that twice in my life. First time was just before hitting 30 I dropped 80 and then just before hitting 40 I lost 70. I can keep it off for the first couple of years but then it inches back up. I tried at 50 but only list 35 and it's all now back. I'm trying something a bit different but just started again. I just like food too much. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

I tried at 50 but only list 35 and it's all now back. I'm trying something a bit different but just started again. I just like food too much. When I lost all of that weight, I didn't change my diet much. I still ate all I wanted, but I also started hiking like a maniac - four or five miles in Griffith Park every single day after work, then as many as 30 or 35 miles in the local mountains on my days off. Over the course of three years I reached the summits of about 600 mountains (5,000' or higher) in the San Gabriel, San Bernardino, San Jacinto and Sierra Nevada Mountains. Then, in late 2005 I managed to develop a bone spur in my right heel that made it too painful to walk for a while and I was pretty much sedentary for several months while that healed. By the time it healed old habits had reasserted themselves and I never got back into hiking like I had been doing. And, the weight all came back... My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

I'm planning to fill a lot of that time by heading outside and walking - in the field across the street, the trails at a couple nearby state parks, etc. Maybe I'll finally get myself back into shape enough to tag a few mountain summits again before long. My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

I guess I never got the notice though as I bailed before it could happen, but I knew I was on the next round list. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

So many nice trails that are challenging enough for an out of shape photographer to hit without needing an emergency evac. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Down 7 lbs in 2 1/2 days. Works great! There are a few downsides to the program though. You have to run a fever the whole time, you can't leave the house, and anything you try to eat will be seen again in short order. And your pay cheque shrinks right along with you. Flu? Or food poisoning? Moose
