Offhand, does anyone know which, if any, tablets support Word and PowerPoint documents? I have all of my school notes on my laptop and would love to have them in a more portable, yet readable, form. I don't want to print everything since they are laden with colour diagrams and pictures. Must have WIFI capabilities.

I am able to open and read Word PP on my Galaxy Note2 phone.

Never tried to edit though, "Polaris Office" was a free android app.

*I just opened it, and it looks like it has full edit and creation functionality even for power point ( .pptx?)

So it looks like any Android or iOS Tablet would fit the bill as well, since polaris runs on both.

When you have more time, Mike did a really nice long-form piece on last year's Monsoon Season:

High, think clouds sort of worked as a "scrim" for the sun. Just added the flag and did a gausian blur on it for the effect. Might have used a Soft Light layer attribute as well.

I was just playing. Trying something different...

Nice!

Red sky in the morning is the sailor's warning. That was the actual sky colour as well, it is not pumped up (I did have my polarizer on though)

I'd bet the 600 can control previous models. My 580ex can control my ancient 420ex.

good to know

lol. I need a flash. I can't work without one. At least not for inside portraits.

Do you want to be able to edit, or just read them?

My Nexus 7 reads all of the Microsoft Office apps, including PowerPoint files.

Well I was just thinking reading, but if I can have full use of the programs that would be nice. A real bonus would be if it would support Flash as well. All of my online training courses use Flash.
