That's not food. What happened to your healthy kick?

:( IKR, I'm slipping. I'm maintaining my current weight... for the moment. Have no idea where my drive went, but I do know skipping breakfast has been one of the biggest no no's.

I need protein for breakfast or by noon I'm starving. Carbs just don't last that long.

Thought so, but it's only hammering the ham guys, all three of them :)

Careful, there's two of us on this thread alone...

I was going to respond in that thread "and just a matter of time before someone got their knickers in a twist over it".

But I decided to not bother.:lol:

Nice to see you around here again, Lisa! Glad you and the hubby got some new toys!:D

Thanks

Greg is hiding cause he knows I'll give him grief over his crap cricket team ;)

They get our our hopes up, and then let us down.

It's amazing that they can get crickets to play any team sport. Simply amazing.

:D

I can see you are not a fan of any Chicago sports team. That has pretty much bee institutionalized with very few exceptions.

Protein rich with limited carbs is what I need to strive for as well. I don't feel hungry as long as I cut carbs.

But see, we had a fantastic cricket team for years, the best in the world for 10years. We are paying for that now. They have a great player and a lot of good ones. Most of the good ones are in poor form. One good player doesn't make a team.

Previously we had a team of greats... just about. A couple could be out of form and you wouldn't notice it.

true, very, very true.

one of those generational things where you get all the players at the right time, who can play together too.

lets hope you don't crash like the windies.!
