My son is fighting the flu. He is miserable and we can't get him to take anything that resembles medicine. If we squirt it down his throat he will vomit it all back up and empty his stomach. We even try to mix it with food or drink, he can always tell and then will refuse to eat or drink anything we give him. I know they make medicine taste kind of crappy so that kids don't treat it like candy, but c'mon, throw me a bone here!

Chet, get some pixies stix or some other flavored powdered sugar, ask the pharmacy to NOT add any flavor and use the candy. goes down better, the fake bubblegum flavor gives the other stuff away in a heartbeat.

the other way is to use hershey's syrup as a chaser. tell him if he holds his nose to take the meds, and keeps it pinched until he swallows the hershey's he will only taste the chocolate. We taught Eli how to take pills early, it avoided a lot of this hassle!! but before that we always did the chocolate chaser!

Meh...

I really hated to go medieval on things. I really did.

Well that's understandable, but you did what you had to and anyone who doesn't understand that is a turd. :p

Sucks that there are so many asshats that think everything out there is free for the taking....the really offensive part is the fact they went to a lot of effort to remove watermarks.

It helps you start to understand why some people have watermarks so large you can hardly see the image behind them.

FlyingPhotog wrote in post #15550981 (external link)
Yup...

Pulled every meaningful loose image off FB and G+

The truly ironic thing, is that Pinterest, of all sites, is the easiest one for reporting infringement and the most aggressive at dealing with it.

It just frosts me that nobody at FB is able to tell that when a page has images from all corners of the globe, in all different sizes, resolutions and styles (not to mention all kinds of weird crops) that there's a 99.9% chance the images on that page are NOT the property of the page owner.

Art Wolf hasn't been as many places as some of these pages would lead you to believe that their owners have been to.

In my case, you will not find people who've been to X and Y aviation event in the same year because they take place on the same freaking weekend!!!! It's not physically possible!

That's pretty sad that pinterest is better than Facebook and G+...

Got back late last night from a 3 day road trip to planet Utah. We spent a few minutes with Cat and picked up two rescue puppies to take home. The new furkids, Enzo & Bailey are home curled up together sleeping off the trip.

She is observing them very cautiously. Enzo and Bailey are ignoring her. :D

This was in camera HDR from the 5dmkIII. The bell tower of the Duomo in firenze.
