I have not been out for the last few weeks (photography wise) as the weather here in the UK has been pretty poor. However, I did manage to grab a little sunshine over the past couple of days to visit the Sandwell Valley reserve.

Not my best work, but it was good to get out and see the birds again.
As a bonus, I met two other photographers at the one location and hope to meet up with them again (all three of us 7D shooters, with either 100-400 or 400 prime).
