I just wacht a show on TV with Jamie Oliver and I saw this effect. Do you know how is called ?
And do you know a tutorial for it?

Could you be a bit more specific on what the effect you're talking about?

Don't know what the effect is called but try looking at http://www.videocopilo​t.net/ (external link) to see if they have a tutorial on something similar.

It's not an effect, it's a transition. More than likely stock to whatever editing software they're using. Similar to curtains and most other software have a variation
