It has been so long since I looked in this thread, sorry I didn't answer... It is handheld just out of view. I set approximate focus manually then aimed by looking right down the lens barrel

EF-S10-22 at 10mm, ISO100, f/14, 1/60s, 60kph, balancing 30D on door frame with strap around my wrist!

Wow....10mm gets a lot in!
