about as close as ill ever get to seeing a hippo in the wild....
taken at Animal Kingdom...

Great shot, but that's a lot closer to a hippo than I'd want to be in the wild. They might look cute but they are truely evil when they want to be.

cool pic!!! how far away were you? what lens did you use? They can be pretty mean from what i have heard... and not the prettiest animal in the world ...LOL

as i remember i was about 20 feet away or so and i was using the canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS II. i took this picture at disney's animal kingdom
