On a trip to Virginia, we caught this bird just sitting there and posing for us. Now we're having an argument on which bird it is. Can anyone identify it?

It is an adult Red-tailed Hawk...and a beautiful photo. You can see the "brick" reddish tail and golden hackles that help identify it as an adult
