the barge is it? to the left is extremely distracting, i would personally clone it out.

i would say that this is tilted to the left but as i understand it the actual shoreline pulls away and in-land which creates the un-even illusion? if not then make sure the horizon is even.

i like the image and where you shot from however i would personally go back and try to get lucky with some more interesting clouds, also some building look blury, have you got the exif?
