I'm shooting on Manual exposure, and I can't find how to change the compensation.

There is no compensation in manual, you just set the exposure for what you want. Look at the guauge in the viewfinder and move adjust aperture or shutter so it moves left or right depending which you want.

Yes. Manual means just that. The aperture and shutter speed control the exposure. If you want them to be different, change them. No exposure comp.

Thank you guys!

Exposure is a three sided routine, shutter, aperture and ISO, if in Manual then setting Auto ISO it's a bit like Av or Tv but without the option for compensating.

In video you would most likely be considering a set shutter speed, relative to the frame rate; so that pretty much takes it out of the equation. You are then left with aperture and ISO to juggle. This may, or may not, provide enough latitude subject to how much depth of field you want and, in sunlight, you may need to throw an ND filter into the mix.

You can use the auto ISO but it is best avoided. If you can try to stick to ISO settings divisible by 160.
