Thanks everyone. Maureen: Did you run it through noiseware? I tried it on another copy but felt it was too much. I didnt expect the noise with the 20d. I have changed my incamera settings to see if it will help. New camera = learning curve.

Char, I lightened up the circles under her eyes, took a tad of the red out of her skin and ran it through Neat Image. I am not always sure I like the Neat Image effect but I like it best on babies where their skin in supposed to look soft.

I am not sure mine is an improvement over yours...just thought I'd post my try anyways.

ok..here's another shot at it. I rotated it some to give it more of a "formal portrait" feel...so I had to do some vignetting to hide the frame.
Just another opinion.

Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments and suggestions. Maureen: I reduced the red some after looking at yours. I also converted to B&W and framed it. It looks wonderful. I printed the color one also and the noise doesnt even show up in the print.

I find that once it is printed, you don't notice the little flaws anyways. It's just that these darn High-tech monitors are so detail oriented.
Sometimes it drives me crazy.
