Speaking of the new Cobra, I haven't noticed any new photos of one, so I thought I'd throw this one out there. Shot this at the new car show in Vegas in November of last year.
Yes, The car really is this color, which looks monotone, but I assure you, nothing was done to the color in PS.
I waited for one of the announcers to start their spiel, drawing all those good folks away from the front of the Cobra.

The Captain and crew finally got their stuff together, now if we can only remember where we left it.

Is that the Shelby Cobra that has a V10 in it?

No, I'm afraid there is no V10 in this car. They state it has the 4.6-litre Ford V8 with 300bhp and driving the rear wheels through a Tremec six-speed gearbox. I'm sure there will be various different states of tune for this engine. You know how those builders can be. ;)

I'm basically a GM guy myself, but if they were offering, I would NOT turn this car down. After all, 300 ponies in a car about the same size as a Honda Del Sol should definitely be capable of providing an "E" ticket ride.

QUOTED IMAGE

This is a gorgeous car! One of the few "retro remakes" I approve of!

By the way, "monotone" is an audio term, I believe you meant "monochromatic".

needs way bigger fenders in the rear, like the classic 427.

For the average buyer, that should be enough to get into trouble with, don't you think? :D
