Even after 30 years of marriage she still lets me take a photo of her now and then. Outdoors, late afternoon in October, fill flash from my A95. I cropped it a good bit to limit distracting background on both sides of her. Comments for improvement are always welcome.

Wonderful image. Terrific exposure and crop. You're both very lucky to be happily married for 30 years. (You did say "happily" didn't you?) ;) ;)

Congratulations!

That's EXCELLENT Pat. Both the photo of your Wife, and 30 years of Marriage. You're a lucky couple. :D

Thanks all. A young couple getting ready to to get married this past summer asked us the secret to a long happy relationship. We said simply, "laugh a lot." Yes, it has been 30 happy years--and we still like each other as well as love each other. Our daughter is the one that got me in to digital photography last Spring. But I got her in to 35 mm work when she was about 12, some 15 years ago.

Very pleasing to the eye, Pat. You got the lighting and focus right on.
Congrats on the longevity of your marriage. That is something to boast about in this day and age.
