The Cinch has been "Temporarily Unavailable" for 2 months or so... I have some friends who love mine and want to order them, but are starting to look at other options now. Has anyone found out what the issue is? Just order volume? Supply/equipment issues? I know they are a smaller company so small disruptions can have a big impact.

It could be the production of materials. Like you said, a small setback or delay will delay everything. Every so often, the products are out of stock. Like you said, order volume can be a factor as well.

From what Greg has said on another thread (https://photography-on-the.net …ead.php?t=1218547&page=10), they are working on a new design that seems to involve carbon fiber. They are a small company so their orders often get bumped when higher volume companies place orders.

I check their site every day for the same reason. I have several friends who are waiting to order.

Ugh, now I'll have to see if the upgrade kit will meet my needs or if I'll have to order a new one ;)

Last word from gakoenig from Luma Labs was 2 weeks ago...I've been checking daily...anyone know the current status or availability? I've got a Carryspeed on one camera but would like to try the new Cinch on my other one.
