Come on, though the 75-300 is not the best, nor even in the middle, for those skilled enough to use it, it can deliver pretty decent shots. ou just have to keep within the lenses performance envelope. And for $100, it's a bargain for those looking for something long and not a lot of cash to spend.

I can say it's better than nothing. I took this last summer at Yellowstone.

Like I said, in the right hands, in the right conditions, it can deliver some really nice pictures. For $100 it's a pretty decent deal, at least as good as the 50mm f/1.8 for $100. :)

But what about the bison's perspective?

Just joking Harold. My go-to zoom is the 55-250IS.

Very nice shot.

1saleaday has terrible service. They take a week to just process the order then ship via the slowest ups option.

I agree Maverick, with only one order from them, it took forever, but it was a tremendous deal.

..anyway, yesterday is over. new deal today.

Ordered something from them on Dec 5th, it arrived Dec 24th...and needs to be returned due to being defected ( Kindle Nook ).

Based on their return policy and slow shipping, I will never use them again.

I've bought a couple of things from them. Yeah they are slow but the savings were great. Half off what everyone else was charging. Fortunately both items arrived in good condition and worked great so I didn't have to deal with returning them.

1 sale a day is super slow. prices and deals can be good, but man, they take forever. Usually about 28 days for me, from order to arrival. Crazy slow.

As for the lens here, I still say "yuck"! :-)
