funny but would have liked to see dog,kid and toy in the same picture

I agree. Getting eye-level with the dog, and moving to the right so that both the dog and the kid are in the shot, would have improved it.

Yep, angling the camera up a bit would not only have allowed you to include the child, but it would have eliminated the dogs naughty bits from the shot.
